This is a typical example of an email marketing company getting on MIPSpace. Alarm Bells sounded for a new range of IP's operated under Level 3 Communications. We really do wish when they assign blocks of IP's that they delegate whois assignments.. The alarms first reported on IP's 8.19.137.3-7.
Since their is no whois delegation, we can only assume that it was recently assigned. The host names that they uses were all similar.
